Introduction and Scope

Welcome to the ku9o website and all associated services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ku9o ("we", "us" or "the Platform") and any person using this platform ("you" or "user").

Registering on the ku9o platform, creating an account, or using any of our services indicates that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are requested to stop using this platform.

ku9o reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after updated Terms have been published, it will be assumed that you have accepted the new Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on the ku9o platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a legal individual capable of entering into a legal agreement on your own behalf.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• You must be ready to provide documents when ku9o requests them for identity verification.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep all login details for your account (username and password) strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, please notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ku9o follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure safe and reliable service. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Documents confirming ownership of the payment method used.

ku9o reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until verification is complete.

Financial Transactions and Payments

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the ku9o platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited, and if any such transaction is detected, the associated account may be suspended.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Successful withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours, though in special circumstances it may take somewhat longer.

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. ku9o reserves the right to review any withdrawal request and to request additional verification if necessary.

3.3 Currency and Taxes

All transactions on the ku9o platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any taxes, duties, or legal liabilities are entirely the responsibility of the user.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x) combining the original deposit and the bonus together before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is activated.
• A user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If multiple accounts are created from the same device, IP address, or payment method in an attempt to claim the bonus, both accounts will be closed.

4.2 VIP Program

ku9o's VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and engagement on the platform. ku9o reserves the right to change the terms and rates of VIP benefits at any time.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until bonus wagering is complete.
• If ku9o determines that a user is abusing bonuses, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Each promotion may have specific terms that will be communicated at the time of announcement.

Fair Play and Responsible Gaming

5.1 Fair Play Policy

ku9o believes in fair play. All games are operated by impartial and verifiable algorithms. Game outcomes are not predetermined or manipulated in any way. We use SSL encryption and advanced security technology to keep your personal and financial information safe.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure if detected:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Beyond this, without prior permission:

• No content from the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or published.
• The ku9o brand name or logo may not be used without permission.
• The platform's software may not be decompiled or reverse engineered.

Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Limitation of Liability

ku9o accepts no liability in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable during system maintenance.
• If a transaction is delayed due to third-party payment processors.
• If any loss occurs as a result of the user's own negligence or violation of these Terms.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

ku9o does not sell your personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared in the following situations:

• With authorized financial institutions for payment processing.
• At the request of government or regulatory bodies as part of a legal obligation.
• In fraud prevention or anti-money laundering investigations.

Service Suspension and Account Closure

10.1 ku9o's Rights

ku9o reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Serious or repeated violation of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Suspected use of false identity or documents.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory or legal authority.

10.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting us. If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned subject to wagering requirements being met.

Miscellaneous Terms

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, form the entire agreement between ku9o and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements or discussions are considered void.

11.2 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.

11.3 Language

The official language of these terms and conditions is Bengali. Translations into any other language may be provided for convenience only; the Bengali version will prevail in matters of interpretation.

11.4 Waiver

Failure to exercise any right under these terms and conditions in a particular circumstance shall not be considered a permanent waiver of that right.
